The X-Tri office operates 9:00am to 5:00pm at least five days a week as we can.
Like you we do need some time to attend family and other business matters, so please forgive us when we don't answer the phone at 9:00pm at night to help you with a question you just thought of.
Most times many answers can be found in this website; and or in the previous year's Competitor Information Booklet and we'll be most able to answer it during conventional office hours, as with any business.
At various times the office can also be un-staffed, leading into events as we travel to those venues; and at other times we may not be able to attend to phone calls as we are on the road developing the events we have to even better levels of competitor safety and appreciation...
We are on email 24/7 and will most times respond in a short time only. If you do not hear from us within 24-36 hours of emailing us, please resend your message (allowing for time differences if we are operating from outside of Australia, or indeed you are...)
